Habitie will not collect or request your personal information.
Habitie does not have an account system and will not store any of your data. Your in-app data will be stored locally on your phone or synchronized between devices via CloudKit. Backup and sync functions are handled by Apple's iCloud. Habitie cannot access any data that can identify your personal information, nor does it provide cloud storage or sync services.
In addition, if there are issues with your device or iCloud account, such as malfunctions, Habitie will be unable to recover your data.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a contract between the user (individual or organization downloading, installing, and using this application) and Habitie. By downloading, installing, and using this application, the user agrees to and accepts these Terms of Service.
Provision of Service
Habitie will endeavor to ensure the normal operation of the application and a good user experience, but cannot guarantee the absolute stability and availability of the service. Habitie is not liable for any financial losses or other adverse effects caused by factors beyond its control, such as interruptions, suspensions, or terminations of application services.
Intellectual Property Rights
The ownership and intellectual property rights of this application belong to the developer of Habitie. Users have the right to use this application but may not infringe upon or use the intellectual property rights of the application in any way.
Privacy Protection
Habitie will take reasonable measures to protect application data security. Habitie is not liable for any financial losses or other adverse effects caused by factors beyond its control, such as application vulnerabilities or attacks.
